We have just sold our home at Terrigal and Madeline D’Anastasi was the real estate agent we chose.
We were so impressed with Madeline’s professionalism. It would be fair to say that prior to meeting Madeline D’Anastasi, our opinion of estate agents was not high.
We had spoken with other agents who valued our home either too high or low in price and did not notice the individual assets of our property. Some agents demanded outrageous upfront advertising expenses and others demanded super high commissions. In the past we had dealt with estate agents who promised everything but as soon as you signed up, delivered nothing. We knew we would never use any of these agents now or again, in the future.
